Estimates & Quotes

On-site estimates are valid for 30 days. Final pricing depends on project scope and material costs at the time of contract. We reserve the right to adjust quotes if site conditions differ from what was disclosed.

Warranties

We provide a structural warranty on our workmanship. Material warranties vary by type (cedar, iron, etc.) and manufacturer. Any damage caused by weather, ground movement, or misuse is not covered by our structural warranty.

Payment

A deposit is typically required to begin a project, with the remaining balance due immediately upon completion. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
